Cooking Morel Mushrooms

When cooking Morels the real secret is in finding a way to cook the mushrooms without degrading or masking their incredible flavor.

The two best cooking process I have found are simply pan frying them in butter after you have lightly coated them in flour that has been seasoned with a little bit of Lawyer’s or by dipping them in egg first, rolling them in your seasoned flour, and then deep frying them. I prefer the Pan Frying over the deep-frying myself.
